- Let’s learn the difference between CBT & DBT together! DBT is a more emotionally regulation focused form of CBT. If there is enough interest, I can develop a workshop for it so let me know.
- I did a little research and found two apps that have free components that might help you continue to work with CBT, but I haven’t used them myself so I can’t vouch for them. Please use caution:
- MoodTools: This app is designed to help with depression and uses core CBT principles, including activity logs, thought records, and safety planning.
- Wysa (AI Coach): This app acts as an anonymous, AI-guided “coach” that utilizes CBT techniques. It’s for quickly challenging negative thoughts and practicing immediate cognitive reframing.
- Healthy Minds: I can vouch for this app and it is also free. If you want to explore mindfulness meditation and build self-awareness this is an excellent tool.
