Most of us are exhausted from being hard on ourselves. When we most need care, we hear harshness instead.

We know we should be kinder to ourselves. We’ve heard it a hundred times. And yet the inner critic keeps running, the self-doubt keeps creeping in, and somehow being gentler with yourself still feels either impossible or selfish.

It’s not a character flaw. It’s a pattern. And it’s one you can actually change.

Self-compassion isn’t about feeling good all the time or pretending things are fine when they aren’t. It’s about learning to be on your own side, especially when things are hard, when you’ve made a mistake, when you feel like you’re falling short.

In this workshop, we’ll look at what self-compassion actually is, why your brain resists it, and what it starts to feel like when you stop fighting yourself and start working with yourself instead.
