This is a small group coaching session built around practice. We’ll identify the specific thought patterns that affect you most, work through the tools live, and get real-time coaching on what actually happens when you try to use them under pressure.

You’ll leave with a personal map of your most common patterns and a practice you can actually sustain, not just a set of techniques you understood once and forgot.
