Making Changes to Live Better Today

I believe your Self, your truest, calmest, most grounded self, is already who you want to be. It’s just that life, relationships, and trauma have layered burdens on top of it.

My work is about helping you reconnect with that Self, understanding what’s going on inside you, learning what you need, and discovering how to give it to yourself.

We’ll focus on raising your self-awareness, learning self-care that actually fits you, and treating yourself with the same understanding you offer others.

You’ll learn to recognize the different parts inside you, such as the critic, the caretaker, the protector, the little child, and to connect with them instead of fighting or shunning them.

When you can understand and appreciate those parts, they stop running the show and start working with you.

What Sessions Look Like

I won’t be sitting back while you talk for 50 minutes (especially since my sessions are a full hour).

We’ll be engaged, exploring what you’re facing, practicing new ways to respond, and building the skills to be there for yourself in our sessions and in your real life.

The goal isn’t to keep you in coaching forever. It’s to help you learn to do this work on your own, to develop the awareness, compassion, and tools to navigate whatever comes next.

That’s why my clients don’t stay with me for years.

They reach their goals, feel steadier, and move forward. Sometimes they come back when something new arises, but always with the intention of learning what they need, then getting back to living their lives.

There’s always work to be done, but we don’t have to do it all to feel better.

Why We Start with Self-Awareness

Everything begins with awareness. You can’t meet your needs if you don’t know what they are.

Self-awareness is the foundation of every change you want to make, whether in relationships, work, or within yourself.

Together, we’ll build that awareness and learn how to use it as a guide for self-care, growth, and peace of mind.

You’re probably more aware than you realize, but you’ve just never been taught how to use that awareness for your benefit.

Identify Your Scripts

Recognize the automatic responses you learned early in life, like “stay small,” “don’t rock the boat,” or “always say yes.” These aren’t choices you’re making; they’re lines you’ve been rehearsing since childhood without realizing it. You can write your own.

Lighten Your Emotional Backpack

That heavy feeling you carry? It’s all the unresolved emotions, worries, and old hurts you’ve been carrying around. We’ll help you recognize what’s weighing you down and take practical steps to lighten your load.

Understand Your Triggers

Learn to recognize when you’re experiencing “emotional time travel”, those moments when something happens now but you feel like a scared kid again. Like a Harry Potter Port Key, triggers transport you back in time emotionally. We’ll help you stay anchored in the present.

Thoughts Are Not Facts

Just because you’re thinking something doesn’t make it true. We’ll help you recognize thoughts as mental events—not reality—so you can choose which ones to follow and which ones to let go.

Build Body Awareness

Connect with the physical signals that tell you when you’re safe, stressed, or triggered. Your body knows things your mind hasn’t caught up to yet.

Interrupt Old Patterns

Learn to catch yourself before automatic scripts take over. Instead of reacting from old programming, you’ll build the capacity to pause and choose your response.

Personalized Coaching

Which session approach meets your needs?

Individual Coaching Session — $150

A focused, 60-minute session designed to help you pause, see clearly, and move forward. We’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface of your current challenge, whether that’s emotional overwhelm, decision fatigue, or a repeating pattern you want to change. You’ll leave with insight you can apply immediately and a clearer sense of direction.

Best for: when you need immediate clarity or want to experience coaching before committing to a longer process.

6-Session Coaching Series — $750

Real change happens through steady attention. This six-session series gives you consistent space to slow down, understand your emotional patterns, and practice new ways of responding. Together we’ll build self-awareness, strengthen regulation skills, and turn insight into daily habits.

Each session builds on the last, moving from understanding to integration. Between sessions, you’ll have simple reflection practices to help the work stick.

Best for: when you’re ready for sustained growth and want accountability and support over time.

Scripts to Freedom Program — $1,800

An eight-week coaching journey designed to help you uncover and rewrite the internal “scripts” that shape how you think, feel, and respond. These sessions combine deep reflection with practical tools to help you understand where those scripts come from and begin creating new, authentic patterns of your own.

The program follows the Scripts to Freedom Workbook, which includes nine structured modules—one for each week, plus an additional module focused on self-care and regulation. Each module builds on the last, guiding you through awareness, exploration, and real behavioral change.

You’ll receive:

  • Eight 60-minute private coaching sessions

  • The complete Scripts to Freedom Workbook (9 modules)

  • Personalized reflections and exercises between sessions

  • A final integration plan to help you sustain your growth

Best for: when you’re ready for a structured, supported process that leads from understanding your past patterns to living with greater clarity, choice, and emotional freedom.

Focused Intensive (3 Hours) – $500

A structured, single-focus session designed to help you move through one specific challenge, such as repeating emotional pattern, a tough decision, or an inner script you’re ready to change. We’ll combine guided reflection, real-time coaching, and practical tools you can use immediately. (Only two sessions available per month.)

 

Transformative Intensive (6 Hours) – $1,000

A full-day experience to help you understand and rewire deeper emotional or behavioral patterns (two 3-hour periods). We’ll explore your personal history, identify what keeps you stuck, and build a plan for lasting change—with space for rest, reflection, and integration. This is for people ready to make significant internal shifts, not just small adjustments. (Only two sessions available per month.)
