(This is a paid Coaching Intensive.) Understanding self-compassion is one thing. Actually feeling it when you’re in pain is another.

Most people who attend the free workshop leave knowing exactly what self-compassion is and still find that when they try to use it, something gets in the way. The inner critic steps in. It feels fake. Or they just go blank. That’s not failure. That’s where the real work begins.

This Intensive is a small group coaching session built around that gap, the space between knowing and actually feeling it. We’ll spend less time on concepts and more time in practice, working through the specific places where self-compassion breaks down and learning what to do when it does. I’ll introduce the framework, then we’ll work. You’ll leave having actually experienced something shifting, not just having learned something new.
